场地延续承德塞外度假文化，打造一个北京近郊的滑雪、商业、住宿为一体的滑雪小镇。景观设计突出冰雪文化主题、展现当地特色精致的度假室外环境，提供多样化活动空间，满足不同人群的使用需求，并提供四季皆宜的室外活动空间。场地尊重地域性，使用当地特色材料与植物，打造标志性景观。场地前场运用现状大高差设计叠水景观、模拟滑雪雪道，结合绿岛更加自然，在叠水上设置滑雪人雕塑，模拟滑雪场景。
Chengde Banff City Center Ski Town
The site continues the resort culture of Chengde's outskirts and creates a ski, commercial, and accommodation resort town near Beijing. The landscape design highlights the ice and snow culture theme, showcases the local resort environment, provides diversified activity spaces, meets the needs of different groups of people, and provides outdoor activity spaces suitable for all seasons. The site respects the regional characteristics and uses local signature materials and plants to create signature landscapes. In the front of the site, the design uses large-scale stepped water landscapes and simulated ski runs, combined with green islands to create a more natural environment. A skiing person sculpture is placed on the stepped water to simulate a skiing scene.
