海淀南路12号住宅的中式风格，以艺居、雅庭、绿意为设计理念，营造承托当代都市生活居民对于住区雅致与品质的需求、体现自然之美的住区；同时将中式文脉的传承、人们精神的向往融入到景观中，以简颂雅、慢行雅境，打造回韵十足的舒适住区。
场地设计内容包含北侧对外开放的商业广场空间、南侧的住宅空间、南侧主要服务于住宅的花园空间及建筑第五立面的几处屋顶花园空间。其中，北侧商业广场空间及南侧住宅空间设计的同时考虑到满足规范的消防要求及住宅的行车需求，花园则是在与整体风格一致的情况下、营造更加放松、休闲的舒适氛围。
种植上，上木利用丛生元宝枫点景，大乔营造空间，小乔增加层次，白蜡列植、冠形好、易维护，同时南侧花园种植了少量的松树、保证冬日的景观效果。下木则是绿篱、草花、移动花箱搭配种植，住宅的移动花箱可以根据时令变化草花的种类、南侧风井四周的绿篱则能够防止人们靠近造成不必要的危险。
Residential Complex at No. 12, Haidian South Road
The Chinese-style residential complex at No. 12, Haidian South Road adopts the design concepts of Artistic Dwelling, Elegant Courtyard, and Green Ambiance, aiming to create a residential area that meets contemporary urban dwellers' demands for elegance, quality, and natural beauty. It integrates the inheritance of Chinese cultural heritage and people's spiritual aspirations into the landscape, crafting a comfortable living environment with a simple yet elegant atmosphere and a leisurely pace, leaving a lasting impression.
The site design encompasses a commercially open plaza space on the north side, residential space on the south side, a garden space primarily serving the residences on the south, and several rooftop garden spaces on the fifth facade of the buildings. The design of the northern commercial plaza and southern residential space takes into account fire safety regulations and residential vehicle access requirements. Meanwhile, the garden maintains consistency with the overall style while fostering a more relaxed and leisurely atmosphere.
In terms of planting, the upper layer features clustered Acer truncatum for scenic accents, large trees to create spatial depth, and smaller trees to add layers. Fraxinus chinensis are planted in rows, known for their good canopy shape and ease of maintenance. Additionally, a small number of pine trees are planted in the southern garden to ensure a picturesque winter landscape. The lower layer consists of hedgerows, flowering plants, and mobile flowerboxes, with the mobile flowerboxes in the residential area allowing for seasonal changes in flowering plant species. The hedgerows around the southern air shafts prevent people from approaching and posing unnecessary risks.
